Reporting a bug

These details make a report much faster to act on:

• The file format and roughly how large it is
• Which app the file came from (KakaoTalk, email, a file manager…)
• Your device and OS version
• The message shown on screen

Please do not send the document itself. If we need it we will ask, and it will still be entirely your choice.
